Macsween Haggis

A Haggis for all Seasons

Haggis is the centrepiece of a Burns Supper, which celebrates the life and works of Scotland’s national poet on his birth date 25th January.

Handmade to an authentic family recipe, using prime quality ingredients and twice cooked for a superior texture and taste, each batch tested to check consistency of taste.

Honouring the Scottish delicacy, great care is taken in making this unique haggis using only the finest ingredients, lamb, beef, oatmeal, onion and a special blend of seasoning and spices.

While the 25th January is an important date, don’t forget that haggis can be eaten on any day of the year. It is a nutritious and easy-to-use ingredient that can add a special twist to canapés, lasagne and can even be barbecued!

Haggis is ideal for a hearty family supper, nibbles for party guests or lunch for two.
